rules

OK here is the problem. I have three folders:
inbox
form results
and webmaster e-mail
I have rules set up(2) of them that say when the to line contains.
I typed in one:
formresults@xxxxxxxxxxxx
wich is the e-mail my form results go to, and I told it to move it to the form
results folder. That was working fine 'tell I set up
webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxx
and made a rule telling it that messages to
webmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxx
were to go to the web master e-mail folder, then I sent a test message to both
e-mail's using carbon copy, and they both whent into the web master e-mail
folder. any thing I can do?
