you can delete one by putting focus on the feed you wish to delete and pressing the applications key and arrowing down to delete. In that same menu is properties which gives you options on how to handle the feed.

I am using IE8 as my RSS feeder. However, the feeds are not updating. What
am I doing wrong?  Also where do you go to delete a feed?
