Was this on the internet? No, the windows application key (right click
context key) doesn't work reliably on web pages. I remember Jim from FS
telling us on the JFWLite list to always use numpad star for a right click
on the internet and not the windows application key.

I used to think the numpad star and the right-click context key to the left
of the control key did the same thing, but the other day I discovered they
don't. A friend instructed me to use the right-mouse-click button as part
of downloading an FTP file. He told me I would find an option there to
select a target folder. I couldn't find it with the right-click context
key, but it was there when I pressed numpad star. From now on, if one
doesn't work, I will try the other.
