Hi,
Yes, I have searched the Bookshare site for some of my favorite authors and found them all. By contrast, I've had no luck with the Bookshare option in Research It, so I will contact FS about this issue when time permits. Since I use Bookshare regularly I don't need the option in Research It, but I am curious about why it doesn't work for me. Are there syntactic rules that one must follow?

Tom,
You or someone else has reported a problem with this about a month ago. Most 
users have not had any problems with it. Have you tried to go directly to
the Bookshare web site and put in your search terms, to see the result? Then 
compare that to what you get with the Research It feature.

If there's a significant difference, then report it to Freedom Scientific.
If not, then I suspect FS or our list can do nothing about it.
