The fact that it does cause confusion as to who wrote what is a fairly good
reason for not replying in this manner. Just use Control r to open the mesage
and type in your reply but reference the issues raised in the original message
to make it clear what you are responding to.

Cheers

Subject: replying to an e-mail

Hi Members

I am using Jaws (latest update) and Outlook 2000.

I please would like to know how to do the following:

When receiving an e-mail, I want to reply to the e-mail, but I want my reply
to be such that I can type my reply to each issue directly in the sender's
e-mail - after the relevant sentence/paragraph.

I tried this last night by going to "actions"; to "reply" and could then
indeed write inside the received e-mail.

However the person (had problems to "see" which sentences were his and which
sentences were my "reply".

Hope this is clear enough and that somebody can help!

Thanks.

Renette
