Does not always work with different lists, different JAWS versions. Also
inconsistent in itself.

if you want to use the reply to sender capabilities,
do the following;
1, open the message with the enter key.
2, use the keystroke,
insert+shift+r=reply privately to sender.
now type your message and press the send command.
