Mostafa,You can set JAWS to announce "cap" for individual capitalized letters and "all caps" for capitalized words when you use the Say All command to read a document. To do this, go to the Say All Options dialog on the Set Options menu of the JAWS Configuration Manager, tab to the Indicate Caps box and check it. This works only for reading and not for typing. Other than adjusting the pitch change for caps on the JAWS Voices submenu or turning it off in the Text Options dialog of the Configuration Manager Set Options menu, there are no other options for dealing with caps pronunciation.
