First, it's Daisy, as in Digital Accessible Information System. Second, I've never heard that Google Books has anything to do with the Daisy format. All I could find at www.daisy.org about Google Books is the following news item:

Anyway, as far as I know, Google Books are not for sale through Google directly.

If the work is not copyrighted, you can read all of it through Google Books online. If, however, it is copyrighted, Google Books should give you links to libraries, stores or publishers where you can buy a copy of the book, amazon, your local library etc.
