it just affects the blink rate
don't know about having different users on computer
and the control panel
Adjusts the speed at which the insertion point blinks. To

change the cursor blink rate, drag the slider. To prevent the

cursor from blinking, drag the slider to the left.

Thanks for that idea.  The blink rate is 63.  If I change that, will it
become a solid indicator?  Also, do you know if a change like that would
effect all users or just my own user profile as we are using individual
profiles on this computer?
