I wonder if I'm missing some points in this thread, having come to it late. 1. When I copy an entire webpage, I simply press control-a for "highlight all" and then control-c for "copy." 2. When I want to copy the address of the webpage I'm on for forwarding, I just press two commands: alt-d, then control-c. Insert-d places focus in the address field and keeps it there. someone else mentioned F6, which does the same thing. ----- Original Message ----- From: Robert Logue To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Saturday, April 03, 2010 7:26 PM Subject: Re: question about using jaws to send somebody a link You may need to change a setting in Jaws to copy the text from a web page. Jawskey+v, select and copy from virtual cursor. It's probably set to full content using on screen highlight. So far I've been unsuccessful and I've routed jaws to pc and tried left and right clicking and selecting the link. I can get to the link but I can't seem to copy and send it. Any suggestions? Also, when I try and hit control c to copy the selected text, it gives me a contact menu with options for managing tabs. Thanks in advance for any help with this. Have a blessed day. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- No virus found in this incoming message.
