question about talks software and touch screen phones

hello list.
ok i am currently running a nokia e65 and talks version 3.5.2.
i am thinking of getting a newer phone and subsequently another, more current,
version of the talks software.
in my travels around different websites etc. i have noticed that many blind
people are using touch screen phones and version 5 of the talks software.
my question to the list is this:
does anyone know of anywhere i could download an audio tutorial of using talks
on a touch screen phone, or even to get to a website that can explain how to
use a touch screen phone with the talks software?
to be honest i am really struggling to understand how a totally blind person is
able to use a touch screen phone.
