program to automatically delete gmail messages

oes any one know of a program where i could automatically able to delete my 
thousands of message on the gmail web interface?
and not have to wade through and having to check all the messages, about 100 
messages a screen.
any one got any ideas.

ps: using windows vista home premium, jaws 12.
