Perra,

It doesn't make sense that when you are in Outlook 2007 you are getting the IE 
configuration file. Have you checked in the shared settings and user settings 
to see if you have a jcf file for Outlook 2007? It should be there.

I think your wish to not have unread announced  would lie in the view/current 
view/customize current view/fields. One of these fields would likely need to be 
removed.

  I am having a problem with the latest JFW and Outlook 2007. How do I get it 
to quit saying message unread or read, and when a group is collapsed telling me 
it is collapsed? I do an insert six to bring up the configuration manager, but 
it always brings up internet explorer instead of outlook, and opening the 
configuration manager and choosing outlook and changing options doesn't seem to 
help. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
