Do you have the window maximized, see if that helps.
Use space plus alt then x.That should do it for you.

Subject: problems with outlook

Hi:
in the past month I have been having major problems when I have been
replying to messages. Somehow I get into the quoted area and can't seem =
=3D to
get out of it. It seems that this occurs the first time I try and edit =
=3D
what I am typing. So if I make a mistake and hit control left arrow just =
to
=3D hear the word I just typed the problem begins. Then my text is
superimposed =3D with the quoted text. Outlook begins to treat my text =
as
quoted text and =3D won't let me change it. If I try to reread my =
message
everything is spoken badly and mixed up =3D with my text and the quoted =
text.
If I save two the drafts folder and reopen =3D the message I can move to =
the
end of the document continue typing but the problem will return as soon =
as I
try to navigate the message. I at first thought the problem was related =
to
jaws six but I find it is happening =3D more and more often. This is =
driving
me nuts and I really need to fix this problem. I can't keep saving a =
message
typing a few words saving it over =3D and over again.
