problems with online chat

Hello everyone:
I am trying to chat online, at www.lide.cz than click on chat choose the area
and the chat room.
The problem is that sometimes there are two many participants at the chat and
the page refreshes authomatically after 10 seconds, so eventhough I stand with
the cursor at the end of the chat I loos focus and has to come up back to the
frame where I see the chats. Is there any function in jaws which would
authomatically read incoming chats or read authomatiically as a priority chats
that were addressed to me?
