problems with crytical update823559 on 98 machine!

Hi how are you? i'm having a problem with the crytical update823559 update
not properly installing on my windows 98 machine. I don't know why i seem
to have this problem. I don't know what could be causing it. I tried to
download the english download but nothing happened. I can be reached at
