Rose, Here are a few ideas:
1. Maximize the window
2. Make sure your document is in normal view
3. As a temporary fix, try putting your document in outline view. After you
read it put it back in normal view
4. You can always try copying and pasting the document into a blank document.

  Subject: problem with text files

I have recently started having trouble getting jaws 10 to read text documents
with the arrow keys but if I do the read all command it does just fine. Can
anyone help me with this as it is very annoying. If I do the arrow keys jaws
only says "blank" and when I try to virtualize the current window jaws tells me
there is no text in current window and I know there is. Any help will be
greatly appreciated.

I sent an angel to watch over you. He came back a minute later and I asked
him why. He said, Angels don't watch over other angels.
