If you want the equivalent of a laugh to be spoken by a screen reader, you need 
to put a space between each of the equivalent laughing sounds.  EG:

ha ha ha ha ha ha

he he he he he he

ho ho ho ho ho ho

etc.

  I was looking forward to the puzzle. I opened it in Word 2007, Windows 7 and 
didn't experience the crash.  I'm honestly a little disappointed. hehe

   

  I hope you can figure it out.  I've never before experienced a word document 
crashing my computer.  I hope you'll let us know when you find and resolve the
