paypal and jaws

Ok, never worried about it because I didn't have a need for it. I now find
myself in a mess. I have/had a paypal account. I can't remember the email or
password. I try to get it working but am asked for the code shown. I can't
see it and I am not getting a choice to listen to it to inter it. Even if I
could get an audio version of the code, I doubt I could understand it enough to
get it correct. What can I do and how? usernam
