Hi,
Go to save as to save your file. Type in the name of the file as usual but
before tabbing to save first do an alt l. Then from the menu selection tab
down to general options and hit enter. Then tab through it until you hear
password to open. You can then type one in. Note: you will not hear *** but
rather what you type. then tab again and you will hear password to modify.
You can put one there if you wish but you don't have to. then tab to ok.
You will then be asked to reenter your password to open. Enter it and tab to
ok. Note: if you entered a password to modify as well you will be asked
to reenter it too. Then save your file as usual. The next time you wish to
open the file you will get a box to enter your password before it will open.
 Hope this helps!
