the site is really mostly unusable in my experience. Its saving grace is that it is very unique, and that pandora staff will fill in some gaps. For instance, if you write to them, as you may already have done, they will not only create an account for you but will also add radio stations and add (or presumably delete) songs from stations. You can switch stations by going to your Profile page and making sure popups are enabled. Unfortunately, you can't vote for songs or change volume in my experience despite the existence of shortcut keys to perform these functions. My use of a laptop may be the cause of some of this since some of the keystrokes use the keypad.
