So you mean it's just as I suggest, below. That if you configure the
service with the right kind of server (is it POP 3, or something lice that,
I think?) email can be received and sent by your own email client without
you ever having to actually go to the Web Access interface and deal with it.
If so, the person ought to request their tech support to simply set it up
this way for them, and that will take care of the problem.

outlook web accesss and express are not the same. web access is more
like outlook but designed for the web. Tell your admin that if you
can use outlook instead, it would be more accessible. I was able to
do this when I had web acccess.
