outlook web access

Hi all,
Does anyone know if outlook web access and outlook express are the same thing.
We have outlook web access at work and i am having problems with my jfw6 on it.
The first problem is that when I log on and get my mail and push enter, it does not open an e-mail. if I turn off jfw, it will open it. Any wise words of advise.

We have windows xp pro at work.
Also can I download this to my home computer from somewhere and set up an e-mail account so I can
practice my jfw.
