Hi Jed,
Sorry I misunderstood your question.  What I do when I reply to a message
is:

After I hit ctrl R
I shift tab back through the fields(subject, bcc, cc, and to) and when you
hear the from field there should be a list of your accounts.  Select the
account you want from your list of accounts and then tab back to the edit
field.  Hope this helps!
