It's the fourth tab in on the General Options in Outlook Expressw version 6.
As far as MSN 7 versus Windows Messenger in Jaws 7, I think it really comes down to personal preference. There are some who have had better luck connecting to a voice conversation in MSN than Windows, so maybe that might be a factor.
