To recover a message from your deleted items folder, assuming that you
havn't already emptied the folder,
1. Navigate through the tree list to the deleted item's folder.
2. Locate your message.
3. Either use your aplications menue (Aplications key next to the ctrl key
on right hand side), or open the Edit menu with and alt+e.
4. Up or down arrow to move to folder. and hit enter.
5. You will se a tree list of all available folders. Navigate to your
selected folder and press O.K.

Hope this helps.
