Thank you for your response. There are several ways to work around this =
new
problem I have encountered. However, you suggestion does not address my
problem, while in outlook.

The only suggestion I have is to hit the window key and the letter M and
land on the desk top.  You then can go through the windows list (insert =
f10)
and hit enter on whatever you want to.  Judith
