outlook 2010 setup.

Hello to the list.
For several years I have been using outlook 2003 and have just switched to
outlook 2010 on a windows 7 based computer.
outlook 2010 is very different from 2003. Does any of you have some
guidelines to setup outlook 2010 to best performance with jaws 12?
Also in outlook 2003 in the view menu i have selected preauto; but I can
not find it in outlook 2010, I hope this feature still exist.
