Judith,Now you've clarified what you are using (so my guess was right). Outlook Express is a completely different program from Microsoft Outlook. You can say that Outlook Express (known as OE) is a compact version of Outlook. (No wonder why you couldn't access Outlook Calendar.) As I've posted few minutes ago, go to Start/Programs/Microsoft Office/Microsoft Office Outlook 2003. Press enter on this item. You should be present with a dialog saying if you want to make Outlook default program for email. If you are going to use Outlook, press y. If not, press n. You should now be presented with Outlook Today screen. Press CTRL+Y to access Folders then select Calendar, or press Alt G to go to Go menu then select Calendar, or press CTRL+2 to go directly to Outlook Calendar.
Regards, Joseph

Joseph, Control Y gets me the folders inoutlook express like sent items, deleted items, drafts etc. I hit control 2 and alt G. I guess my outlook express is version 6, I just installed IE7 and that doesn't affect Outlook Express.

application. Calendar is one component of Outlook. The best term to describe Outlok is "Personal Information manager."Judith,Outlook is more than just a calendar
To access Outlook Calendar, at theOutlook Today or anywhere in Outlook, press CTRL+2. This will launch Calendar folder. You'll notice that JAWS loses focus. Press Alt Tab twice to go back to Calendar. Or, at any Outlook window, press CTRL+Y to access Folder list anc press C until you hear Calendar and press enter. You should be in Calendar. If not, press Alt Tab until you hear "Calendar Microsoft Outlook." Another method is to use Go menu (Alt G)/Calendar item (it should be the second item below Inbox).
