The terms, element, and control, could lead to confusion. Freedom Scientific refers to buttons, radio buttons, and checkboxes, as controls in their tutorials, and uses the term, element, in reference to webpages, ie, page layout elements. I understand the terms,but others may not, especially if they're taken out of context.
