Kathy:  First of all try maximuming the screen.  This procedure is 
accomplished by pressing the Alt and the spacebar and the X key all three at 
the same time.  See if this helps.  If it doesn't help you get back to us. 
We will see what can be done next to help the situation for you.  Good luck.
