Ilene, Not sure why you're having a problem with JAWS 12. What you really should do is first load JAWS 11 and go through the steps you outlined below, paying attention to just what you're pressing Enter on. Then do the same with JAWS 12 and just make sure to press Enter on the same items, even if they have been arranged differently.
