Judith,
1. Go to ctrl panel.
2. Look for Internet Option.
3. Press enter.
4. Go to the advance tab.
5. In the Settings tree view, look for the option that says, "use auto
complete".
6. If Jaws announce OFF, press your space bar should turn On that option.
7. Once you are done, look for the Ok button and press enter. close your ctrl
panel and try openning the Run dialog.

Subject: not hearing words in run
On my old win 98 machine, when I went to the run function and started typing,
for example, www.google.com outlook express would remember "google" when I
started typing "goo..." and fill in the rest of the address. On this xp pro
machine I don't get that when typing in the run function. Is there a way to
