My wife uses outlook and has had trouble we have jaws 10.

    Any possibility that you have a stuck Alt, Ctrl, Shift, or Windows

        Ok. I was able to finally get rid of all the deleted messages.
        I still can't do a normal delete message though. I have to do
        shift delete and confirm in order to get rid of a message. Weird!

            Just for kicks, try this: While in the list of messages,
            hit alt E and then Y and Y again to rid yourself of
            deleted messages.

                I can't move messages to the deleted messages folder,
                but I can move them to other folders. I tried emptying
                the deleted messages folder and it won't work either.
