This involves an issue I've wondered about for a long
time. When the No Window is active message comes up, why would one want
to go to the desktop? I simply press Alt-Tab to find and make active
something which is running, but minimized in the background. I can't
really remember a time when I have not found what I want in this way.

  Any comments?

  Take care...

It could, but every time you switched applications you'd be taken to the

desktop. This is because there is a brief moment when there isn't any
  window
  in focus.

How about a script that always takes you to the desktop when Jaws
detects no window is active? Can this be done?
