Do you want only to know where the changes are? If so, use the configuration manager and there speach and sounds manager to use or set a scheme that you need.

Cheryl,I am running basically the same setup you have with the exception of Jaws. Iam still using 8. latest. Try this: Select the entire documentPress CTRL+D to open the font dialog and make certain that your desired fontstyle and point size are selected. Tab until you hear "OK" and press the spacebar or enter. Check the results with insert+F This is the method I have always used and it seems to work. Best of luck Larry -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Cheryl LeFurgey Sent: Friday, April 18, 2008 4:43 PM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: next font change in word? Hi everybody. I have what might be an odd question, but I hope somebody can help me. I'm running word 2002, and was wondering if there was either a wordor jaws command to show me where the next font change is in a document? I'vegot a large document that I'm trying to edit, but when I select the whole document jaws tells me mixed font mixed point size. I know what font and point size I want the whole document to be, but just selecting all then setting font and point size in the font dialogue doesn't seem to help. If anybody can help, I'd be really greatful. I'm running windows xp, and the latest version of jaws.
