Hi,
Fujitsu is offering XP on its laptop computers for many models.
Or you can get it installed.
For example, the E8210 has anIntel dual core processor, lots of ram, 5hours ofbattery life and the same amazingly easy to use keyboard on the Fujitsu laptop with keyboard which I really like.
There are 2 of every key you need plus the extra keysfor
enlarging s oftware and also
the scroll lock, numpad off and insert keys.
Also the keys are in the right logical placesso I do not use laptop mode.

Fujitsu offers lifelong free 24 hour tech support which is
not to be equaled.
They researched a JAWS question because they knew they would be encountering
more blind u sers.
The tech ssupport people wil help people maintain their computers answeringquestionsabout Windows Updates even. The screen on the E 8210 is 15.4 inches whichwill easily alsosupportenlargingsoftware.
Fujitsu wants users to have their operating system of choice.

Fujitsu number is 1 800 8 Fujitsu.

Hi,

some other people may have recommendations on the size of the hard drive and
memory. But, I believe you won't be able to run Vista, which you'll most
likely get on a new computer, without upgrading to JAWS 8. As far as I've
heard, Dell is the only company offering XP on some of their computers. I
don't know if you could get XP is you had a computer built.

Subject: new computer help

Hi. I am in need for a new computer quite soon because I am running
an old one and running out of space.
I am wondering what people recommend to get these days.
I cannot afford to upgrade JAWS as well and am running 5.1.
Is vista okay?
What type of memory should I consider?
How big of a hard drive?
Any other thoughts?
Thanks so much.

Lovette
