hello there;

well, if you have the attachment in your windows live inbox, and you want to
save in your documents,
1, enter on the message which contains the attachment,

2, now press the alt-key, to access the menu/ribbon,

3, now press the #1 on the numbers row, you now should be able to save the
attachment in what ever folder you wish. hope this helps.

That will come in handy in the future. Glad you sent it on.
For now—the attachment is already here. It needs to go to “My documents.” I
couldn’t make that happen yesterday.
Glad you got in touch.

Hi, all.
I have JAWS 12, and use Windows Live Mail 11. I have to attach a document into
the “My documents” file from an e-mail, and so far I can’t.
Also, I can’t delete contacts from my contacts list, what used to be called
“Address book” in Outlook Express. Freedom Scientific had no help at all for
me, and neither did my sighted friend who put the computer together. He can
only do things with the mouse, not the keyboard, so has no idea what keys will
get me to the Contacts List.
