Hi Joy,
press f5 when you on your desktop
press right app key and arrow to arrange icons
press enter.
then, arrow and choose auto arrange.
It may solve your problem.
If not, you have to go to the control panel, by:
start, settings, control panel and choose display.
enter on the display tab and choose the desktop tab.
tab some times until you get customize desktop and press space bar.
tab to next and press enter.
then you will get a list of your icons, you havae to uncheck and to hear
Jaws says uncheck for every icon that you wish to leave on your desktop.
Icon that will be checked, will be removed from your desktop icon list.
then, tab to finish and tab to ok to close this dialog, tab more and press
ok.
it is done.
