You could try using the Adobe online PDF converter. You can either email the file to them from this page, or give it the URL of a PDF file and it will convert it to either text file or HTML which ever you want. However I don't know whether their system will provide text for what was previously an image using OCR or whether it will just come back as a blank document.

Hi Troy. Did you try downloading the file, then immediately saving it as a 
text?  If you try that you might be able to read it.  Or just email the
station for a copy of the schedule.

On a local radio station's web site they have posted the concert schedule 
for the Houston rodeo coming up in March.  They have it saved as a pdf
file
and when I click on the link I can't seem to read it, nor can I read it if

download the file.  I don't know how to get the link to the actual file

the station's web site is www.kayd.com, and just above the link in
question
are the words:  KD101 welcomes Rodeo Houston February 27th - March 18th!
