navigation frozen with jaws 5.1 in excel 2000

The subject says it.
The left right and up and down arrow keys don't move between cells or =
rows.
Jaws 5.0812 does fine.
Has anyone else noticed peculiar behavior in excel 2000 or otherwise =
with jaws 5.1.
