Well, these commands would work well in a table, but I scanned this document from a magazine, and the text is in 2 columns, not exactly a table. I already tried the commands you suggested and no go. Thank you for the quick reply.

Try Control-alt-right arrow, (or left arrow to move the opposite direction). Also,
Control-alt-up and down arrows move you from row to row. At least, these have been
working for me in Jaws 6.2. I hope they help.
