Go into the control panel and locate ease of access center or enter ease
into the start search box. This will open the ease of access center. Find
the link that says use the computer without a display and activate it.
Uncheck the Narrator checkbox.

Hi list this is kenny. Every time I turn the laptop with vista after it
boots up it starts the microsoft narator after it boots. How do you tell
vista that I don't want narator to start automatically?
