I think Marijan meant JAWS key plus numpad 8, or on a laptop, caps lock and 8,
the speak line command.

Hi Zdenek, I just installed 0.43 and saw that you are right.
After opening the menu (alt+f or another letter), you can press in+ numpad
8 and you can hear what says the pulldown menu or submenu.
