Are there any MSN Messenger hot keys that can be used to jump from
history to the input window?

Jennifer

hi

I'm not sure why you'd need to use the JAWS cursor to read msn messenger

conversations, because in all the years I've been using msn, I have
never
had to use the JAWS cursor to read any incoming messages. They can all
be
read by using the pc cursor. You just tab around to the different
windows,
and while you're in the history window, simply use your up and down
arrow
keys to read the last message someone sent. Same goes for your typing
window, if you tab over and type something, you use your up and down
arrow
keys to read the text that you write before you send it.
This is precisely the problem I was having when I upgraded to JAWS 6.10,

the April 15th addition. When I upgraded, i could no longer read any of
the
history window or read anyone's incoming messages. I got absolutely no
feedback at all, all JAWS would say was, blank, blank, blank, blank...
not
very helpful.
So this is why I went back to 6.0 which works like a dream here. I did
write to FS about this issue, but as ever, their tech support has not
written back to me in a timely manner. I wonder if my request got
trashed
or something. I will say to their defense though, that they did get back
to
me and they changed my install count back to 3 so they're good on that
one.
Now they just need to fix this other issue that aparently me and only a
few
others seem to be having.
