msn audio chat

Hiya listers,
Am running Jaws 7 on windows XP home and msn 7 and everytime I or someone else
tries and connect with me for msn audio chat I hear there voice for 3 seconds
and then my computer crashes. Does anyone else have this problem or know if
this is a jaws issue or my PC issue? as besides that my PC works fine
Any help on this matter would be appreciated
