Go to a cell in the row, hit shift plus spacebar and you will hear row
selected now hit the application key and arrow to cut and hit enter, move to
the row below where you wish to insert the row and hit application key and
choose past special and follow the dialog box

I know how to insert a blank row, but how do you highlight a row in xl to
move it from one spot to another?
Using j10 and xp with office 2003.
