more problems with yahoo! mail

Hi list members,
I am trying to configure microsoft outlook 2003 to work with the free version
of yahoo! mail. I downloaded YPOPS and set up microsoft outlook with the
following settings:
both servers were set to 127.0.0.1
email address: michaelrouillard@xxxxxxxxx
username: michaelrouillard
i set outgoing server need authentication to checked and finished the wizard.
I still cannot access yahoo email with microsoft outlook. Please help!
