Actually, if you hit alt and then 1-5, it will give you information from the message header, which is handy. However, if you go to the QAT the Jaws hints still tell you to use alt + (number) to activate the QAT options, which clearly is not the case. Maybe this is a JFW 12 thing? Bonnie
