Do a ault+v to go to the view menu, then errow down until you hear = folder list. Here you should hear it say folder list checked, or something like that. When you are on folder list checked hit enter. Now do another = ault+v and errow to folder list and it should say folder list with the word checked. That should do it. Another way to check is after you uncheck folder list, then tab through = your in box and you should only have the in box window. hth -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On = Behalf Of Cait McFarland Sent: Monday, April 18, 2005 08:52 To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: RE: more ms outlook questions Ok, how do I turn off the folder list tree view? The navigation and = preview panes are already off, I thik if I get rid of the folder view, that'd do = it. Somewhere in there it lets you specify specific column widths. You'll get more space to work with if you turn off the folder list tree view, the navigation pane, the preview pane, etc., so that all that's left is the message list.
